About this house rental
Our house is an old farmhouse of the sixteenth century completely renovated while maintaining its timber and stone walls. It allows to spend a delicious stay with family or friends. With its 6 bedrooms and children's dormitory, 6 bathrooms, children's play areas and many outdoor sites to live outside and enjoy the weather, you will appreciate the calm and beauty of the environment.
Ideally located 1h30 from Paris, in the Loiret, 10 km from the A77 motorway, it is at the strategic point between north and south, east and west, at the confluence of the Loire and the Briare canal , on the route of bicycle circuits along the Loire. In the heart of the Puisaye, we take advantage of the Loire and Burgundy nearby with its great wines and wonderful historical heritage.
Enjoy the calm and wide open spaces offered by the property, as well as many activities - fishing, fishing - and a wide variety of tourist visits, from Loire castles to boat trips on the Briare canal. Visit Guédelon, the castle being built, as in the days of castles. Spend an evening at the sound and light show at the Château de Saint Fargeau, which belonged to the family of Jean d'Ormesson. You will be able to take the little ones, to the farm of the castle of Saint Fargeau where they will discover all the animals of the farm and they will be able to take care of it by giving the bottle to the goats, by making bread, while riding in car on horseback. Do not miss visiting the enamels of Briare and the Faience of Gien, but also the castle of Gien and the castle of Bussière ... and many others!
We lend you bicycles and your children will find lots of games and even a cabin.

Accueil très chaleureux Maison bien chauffée adaptée aux grandes familles literie très propre tout était très bien sauf mauvais réseau !!!!! Difficile pour y travailler si besoin mais sinon à refaire apprécier par tous

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à l'occasion des fêtes de fin d'année au gîte. Mme De Blay est réactive et à l'écoute.
Quelques bémols toutefois. Le manque d'entretien global de la maison fait que nous avons rencontré de petits soucis et subi certains désagréments (odeurs sanitaires, sèche serviette bloqué, robinet cassé...).
Nous louons via Abritel depuis plus de 10 ans et d'après nous c'est un gîte dont le tarif plutôt élevé n'est pas en adéquation avec les prestations proposées.

Idéale pour grande famille avec enfants. Chaque chambre est agréable et les matelas sont de bonne qualité. Maison très bien insonorisée ce qui permet à tous de profiter de moments de calme. Je recommande chaleureusement
