About this farm stay rental
Set in a enchanting green area, in the countryside about 37 kms west of Siena, this nicely restored independent barn is surrounded by its own private large fenced garden (about 750 sqm).This holiday cottage offers comfortable accommodation for 3 people in a very peaceful location . The interior retains many original features as beamed ceilings and cotto floor and it's nicely furnished in typical Tuscan style.
There are two terraces, one sunny , one shaded by a vine and furnished with table, chairs and BBQ, perfect place for al fresco meals or to relax.
The tiny hamlet of Montalcinello, reachable on foot, has a restaurant , a supermarket and a bar.This is an excellent choice for a relaxing break in any season, whether to visit Siena or other beautiful historic centres in the area. The house is also an ideal place for guests with pets.The nice town of Follonica on the Tuscan coast, is 65 kms away.
This ground floor house (55 sqm) consists of a living room with fireplace, satellite tv and kitchen corner (oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge with freezer); few steps from the living lead to one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one shower bathroom.
The bedrooms are particularly attractive, furnished with wrought iron beds and the coloured walls give a sense of warmth and comfort.
This holiday cottage offers comfortable accommodation for 3 people in a very peaceful location .
The price includes: the use of the apartments with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, and linen changed weekly. BBQ available. To pay on the premises: central heating upon use , final cleaning, babycot on request, pets (max 2 allowed), inventory deposit, local tax.
