Deluxe studio apartment in Villa Ria**** with pool is a new and modern luxury apartment that makes you feel like home. It has capacity for max 3 persons.
Accommodation unit size is 30m2 + 10m2 (terrace) with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, satellite TV, free wifi, a/c and parking. Outdoor swimming pool is in a garden area with a sea view.
The beach and restaurant are 250m distance.

As our guests you are free to use everything in the apartment.
Every guest has access to swimming pool area, sun shade with lounge area and deck chairs. Also, we offer a "grill corner" where you can prepare everything you want outside. Parking, air conditioning and wifi are free of charge.
