Welcome to our private, cozy garden apartment, conveniently located near Tulane University and 4 miles to the French Quarter. You'll be close to Audubon Park, the streetcar, Tulane, and the shops and restaurants on Freret Street. For Tulane fans, you'll be a short 8 minute walk to the stadium. You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally located in New Orleans. We're pleased to offer free off-street parking for your peace of mind.
As you settle in, you'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed awaiting you, ensuring a restful night's sleep after your adventures in the city. In the morning, open the blackout shades to reveal a picturesque garden view, providing a tranquil start to your day.
For those who need to stay connected, our apartment features a dedicated workspace equipped with high-speed internet, making it easy and comfortable to work from home during your stay. Dogs are allowed (limit 2) with a pet fee, as long they are vaccinated and flea-free, and not allowed on the furniture. Sorry, no cats or other animals. Please pick up your furry friend’s mess in the provided receptacle in the backyard.
Our backyard is fully fenced and offers a respite from the city. You are welcome to relax in the chairs and swing in the hammock.
If you need anything, from lawn chairs to umbrellas to coolers or extra linens, we are onsite and can accommodate your needs! We live onsite and have enjoyed hosting our guests as Superhosts for over 6 years. If you prefer, we’d be happy to share our insight of what to do and where to go in this beautiful city.

Adorable bungalow on a quiet street. Beautiful back yard and patio. Detailed instructions provided. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Lavender essential oil diffuser in bedroom nice. Hot yea, keytle and coffee nice amenities. Plenty of extra linens and sleep machines in every room.

I needed a place to stay while moving my son out of his dorm. Could not have asked for a better location or hosts. Quiet neighborhood, off-street parking, relaxing backyard/garden area, washer/dryer… and Jeremy and Emily were wonderful! I will certainly be staying there again!

The location was perfect. Wanted to be near Tulane for a long weekend. Jeremy was an amazing host. Place was super comfy and I loved the sound machines he had set up for our use!!!
