About this house rental
Lakefront property and relaxing getaway. Nearby golf courses. Amish shops and lots of dining. Beautiful scenery and wildlife to enjoy from a private back porch. Our home is located on a wooded cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.
A beautifully built home that has lots of space inside. Sleeps up to 4 adults. Huge kitchen, back porch with a full view of the lake. A dock with canoes available.
Lots of windows, and a large kitchen for cooking and dining. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, crock-pot, Keurig, full coffee-pot, lots of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils all in good condition. Two dining areas that can seat up to 8.
Two bedrooms, both with closets. One with a queen, the other bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed.
We have central heating and AC so the home is comfortable for visitors all winter and summer long.
We have a flat-screen TV with an attached HDMI cord and Wifi. You can connect your laptop and connect to our internet service to watch whatever you want.
The home is nestled on Boner lake and is also very close to two large, all-sports lakes (Lakes Syracuse and Wawasee). Public swim areas are available at the nearby lakes. Parking space enough for two cars is available on the circle. Please park so that you do not obstruct the circle road that the neighbors use or the neighboring driveways. While we want you to enjoy and have fun, this is not a house for wild partying. 10:00 pm is quiet time.
We have two 14-ft, 3-seat canoes available to use. You must sign a release form prior to use.
With regards to swimming in our lake, lily pads near our dock inhibit swimming off of our property. The best swimming spots in the area are the public beaches at Lakes Syracuse and Wawasee, which are very close. Our lake is a great lake for fishing and canoeing in the area.
FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY, we take extra efforts to clean and sanitize all surfaces in the house. We provide pillows and pillowcases, sheets, mattress covers and blankets. All bedding is cleaned and disinfected prior to guests' arrival. For your peace of mind, we will not book the house two days prior to your visit to allow for proper cleaning.
PAYMENT: We ONLY accept payment through the VRBO payment process. We do not payment by check or through a 3rd party.

Always a nice stay. View of the lake is peaceful and calming. The property is kept very nice. We love staying here!

The house is generally as described in terms of layout and features. Pros: We didn't use the canoes, but they appeared in good working order and they are lakeside although the lake is hedged in with emergents. Well stocked set of toys and boardgames entertained the kids as well as a surprisingly comprehensive set of various other items ranging from candles to tools. Pretty indoor spaces with lots of storage. Cons: ants in kitchen (in fairness they had traps out and a note about exterminator service so perhaps the ants won't be a problem in the future, but I'm going off the experience we had), no labelling on cabinets made navigating the kitchen really hard. We actually bought some items from local stores before discover ing they were already stocked. Also parking is not really clear, we had to park in the yard to not block out the neighbors drive which runs right up in front of the house.
