We loved having a fireplace and comfortable beds. The house was very clean, with plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen was large and comfortable. Although we never met the hosts, they were responsive to our questions, and very helpful. We also appreciated being able to park our car off the street.
This is not something you can change, but it should be noted that all three bedrooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs. The stair squeaks, making it a bit noisy and challenging in the middle of the night, especially for people with some limited mobility. Also, the description indicated there would be drying racks for our clothes, but we never found any. If you have a car, this is a very convenient place to stay.
