About this house rental
Old country house, located in the middle of an organic farm.
It is possible to enjoy the large green lawn of about 3000 square meters equipped with sunbeds, tables, chairs and barbecue.
The house has a large kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one double and a large bathroom with shower, where there is also a washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa bed
The house has mosquito nets and a dehumidifier.
At about 350 meters there is a well-stocked supermarket where you can buy all kinds of goods. Nearby there are: excellent restaurants where typical dishes are proposed, pizzerias also to take away, a brewery. The owners live within the farm about 40 meters from the cottage and are always available for any need.

We choose this accomodation because everything was full near Venice. This is an interesting place, if you want to experience the rural life as well. You can visit Padova, Chiogga, we were kayaking in Sottomarina, this was a good training for Vogalonga. There was everything there in the house that you need for a holiday. Please take into consideration, that the climate is wet, the nights and mornings can be humid. Cristina is a good host.

Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Gastgeberin bemüht und zuvorkommend, Haus ausreichend gross, Garten riesig.
Lediglich die Endreinigung nach dem Gästewechsel sollte etwas gewissenhafter erledigt werden.
Manche Einrichtungsgegenstände sollten etwas überarbeitet werden. Bad!

Old farm house with authentic furniture that brings you right back to the farming days of the previous century. Close to venice and other lovely places and the beach.

Als Familie mit zwei Kindern haben wir uns dieses Haus ausgesucht, weil wir grundsätzlich ältere gepflegte Häuser mögen. Anhand der auf der dieser Webseite gestellten Fotos und positiven Rezensionen haben wir uns dafür entschieden. Die Realität sah leider etwas anders aus. Das Haus ist zwar charmant aber war ziemlich dreckig: Unmenge Spinnweben an jeder Ecke in jedem Zimmer inkl. Spinnen und etliche andere Tierchen, die sich da verlaufen hatten. Das Bad bräuchte einen neuen Anstrich (Dusche: fest, etliche kaputte Fliesen)und leider viel Dreck ... In der Küche ist die Ausstattung minimalistisch: Kaffeemaschine: Fehlanzeige (Nur ital. Espressokocher), Gewürze (nur verklebtes Salz und Zucker), 4 Kaffeetassen, keine Müslischale, keine Weingläser (mußten danach fragen)...Wir hätten uns vielleicht noch damit anfreunden können, wenn wenigstens der Außenbereich idyllisch gewesen wäre. Aber die hier still gepriesene grüne Oase wurde stark durch die Landstraße SR105 etwa 250m von uns entfernt gestört. Es rauschen ständig Autos vorbei. Darüber hinaus ist die Beschreibung etwas irreführend. Es handelt sich hier um keinen Bio-Bauernhof weder auf dem Grundstück noch 100m von da entfernt. Die Eigentümerin ist zwar bemüht, wenn wir sie nach Weingläsern und den zuerst nicht vorhandenen Fahrrädern fragen, aber sie zeigte sich bei unserer Anreise mehr besorgt um ihre eigenen Gäste als um uns, hat unsere Kinder kaum beachtet, bei der Abreise komplett ignoriert. Also drei eher großzügige Sterne. Schade!
