Great location, nice setup with plenty of room.
We locked the key in the room and spent quite a bit of time figuring out a fix, our only real was ringing neighbors to see if they’d let us in and we were met with some pretty hostile and angry people. We had one nice man let us in finally after about 30 minutes.

We booked this appartment very last minute after having an issue with the previous one and leaving earlier than planned. The host made is extremely easy for us to access and be able to leave the suitcases since we were already in Como. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and centrally located, within 5-10 minutes walk to Como city center.

Spacious apartment, very modern, clean, great location, and a free bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge.
Lack of hot water after first night was a bit of a let down although looking at comments, its not a new problem. Hopefully get fixed soon. Sofa bed was comfortable but we had a few problems with it.
