The Serene Spicewood Lake House is a Texas-themed 2BR/2BA home overlooking Lake Travis and tucked cozily away in a very private, gated Spicewood cul-de-sac. This home offers lake views, a private back deck, and a true sense of seclusion.
Best suited for groups of family or friends looking to relax and enjoy gorgeous views of the lake.
Amenities Include: Hot Tub, 70” Flat-Screen TV, BBQ Grill (Propane)
THE HOME: The living room boasts comfortable high-end furnishings, a 70" flat-screen TV, and huge windows with an impressive view of the lake. The sprawling deck is accessible from the living room and has comfortable outdoor furniture, a propane grill, and a hot tub. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The large bedrooms are each fitted with two Queen beds and share a large full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a full size bathroom on the first level, along with a washer and dryer.
You’ll also enjoy keyless access, complimentary WiFi, and 24/7 support from our Concierge Team.

Absolutely no complaints. This stay was exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful location. Beautiful home. Would definitely rebook and recommend. The only comment I would pass along is the water access is not for the weak. Access was challenging but we were up for it.

We wanted to get away from Dallas for a couple days over spring break. This house was perfect!
The views were beautiful and the house was stocked with everything you could need (minus food) (stock up and bring it with you because the stores are a while away). The house was clean and comfortable.
We spent a day or two at the house just hanging and playing games, and then went into Austin for a day.
We had a great time and would highly recommnend.

The exterior of the home, and the hot tub had been neglected, I had to have the hot tub, cleaned and drained, because it had a brown fungus growing in it, I cleaned the back windows on the deck it had to be washed because it had spiders and spiderwebs, there is a swimming pool across the street,the owner had no access to it, I had to figure out the lockbox code so we could use it because the Colorado river below is on usable.
