Communication was very good. Self check in and out. House very clean, lovely comfortable beds, soft fluffy towels. Good location. Very quiet neighbourhood. Lovely wzlks along the barrow. Can we recommemd Tandori King restaurant and the Old zpost Office cafe. This is a perfect stay midway between Carlow town and kilkenny sity
It would be nice to have some basic condiments ie sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper?
Maybe some shampoo.... just asking for a friend;-)

Liddle, Super Value and Aldi are within walking distance. The location is good as the cafe and pub are within walking distance. There is also a river nearby, making it a great place for a walk.There is also a playground in front of Super Value, making it perfect for bringing children.It's a good spot for sightseeing, with an 18-minute drive to Carlow, a 25-minute drive to Kilkenny and a 25-minute drive to Nicholas Moss.
The heating system was very well functioning in the house and I was able to stay comfortable.
Basically, the house was clean.
However, when I first checked the toilet, the toilet hadn't been flushed and there was something left.
Toilet paper was also used, and only the tube was left there.When I told the owner about it, they just replied that they didn't know the cause since they had been cleaned up.There were no particular apologies to us.
I tried to use a kettle but the inside was dirty so I didn't use it.
The battery on the wall clock in the house was dead and stopped.
From this point of view, I have a bit of doubt about cleaning the house.
Of course, these are small details, the house was kept clean elsewhere.

Nothing not to like within house, if anything ...no freezer so unable to have ice in drinks
