Great location next to Legoland, fun for the kids and adults alike, spacious cabins and not over crowded. Food in the onsite restaurant was excellent and tasty. Staff were friendly
The advertising for needing to rent towels and bedding where not obvious on booking.com website and we were surprised when we arrived to not having been informed of this

Good size of cabin. Nice location within easy walking distance of Legoland and other local attractions. Liked the little play areas. Having the little shop on the site is handy. Everything was clean. It was a peaceful place to stay. The lounge was a decent size. The dining table was a good size. Handy having a small tv.
The mattresses are very uncomfortable. There is no microwave in the kitchenette. It is a shame not to have a hand towel in the bathroom and having to pay for duvet covers and towels isn't great when the Ninjago cabins aren't cheap but the listings do make this clear. The master bed is very small. I'm 5ft and did not have much room. The internet was patchy.

A quiet place with lots of outdoor facilities for kids.
The most unexpected thing was that towels and sheets were available for an additional fee. Because of the high cost, we only bought some of them and ended up sleeping in very poor conditions. This is a big drawback for people who come without cars. The pillows should also be replaced with new ones, as they are not comfortable to sleep on.
