Leave the car behind and vacation surrounded by everything you want: Steps from the pool and a short jaunt to the lake offering boat, paddle board, and jet ski rentals. Eco Valley and Eco Ridge and both within close proximity and offer skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and tubing in the winter months!
Shared tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and grassy fields for Frisbee and soccer are within a stone’s throw. Four comfortable bedrooms, two separate hang out/TV rooms, awesome kitchen, and a gas grill, plus a full laundry room.
Enjoy the sunny deck with lovely lake and foothills views. There's an exercise path right from the house to take in even more views as you walk/jog the beautiful peninsula or go for your morning latte at the nearby coffee stand.
Wapato Point offers the seasonal Wine Maker’s Grill restaurant for an elegant dining experience and a seasonal snack shack for easy lunches/treats when you are at the beach all day.
* The minimum renter age is 25 years old. This applies to all guests that will be occupying the unit with the exception of multi-generational families.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great home for grandparents to share with kids and grandchildren. Parking 3 vehicles in the driveway was tight but we made it work. The grounds are beautiful and the view of the lake is amazing. We enjoyed the amenities and it was convenient to rent boats and jet skis without leaving the resort.

The house met our basic needs and was in a awesome location. The house had several bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, which is always a plus for a party of 7 women.
The USB connections in all the bedroom night stands was a definitely PLUS!!!
Improvements needed:
The rug under the dining room table was a trip hazard because it was rolled up on one end and wouldn't lay flat. Several in our party tripped on it more than once during our brief stay.
We planned to cook all of our meals during our stay which worked okay. The kitchen is equipped with many things but not for the # of people the home accomodates. Bakeware was not big enough for our party of 7. We ended up borrowing some bakeware from a friend who lived in the area.
Dining room table only had 6 comfortable chairs. There was a 7th chair available but a clunky fit for the table and definitely not as comfortable.
House was freezing when we arrived. I get having the heat turned down to save $$ until the guests arrives however it was so cold that when we turned on the heat it caused moisture to build up everywhere in the kitchen.
The heat vents downstairs were closed and because they were located on the ceiling none of us were tall enough to reach them.
The kitchen area needed a deep clean - sticky wall under the bar counter; and inside at least one of the drawers.
The home was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay primarily because it was more about being together.
