About this apartment rental

Modern apartment with pool, Wi-Fi and air conditioning located in Nova Vas that can accommodate up to 3 persons. It's located on the ground floor and it consists of one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with one single bed. Furthermore, a bathroom with shower, living/dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. From the apartment, you have access to the terrace with patio furniture. On the guests' disposal is a spacious, fenced shared garden with swimming pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower and a barbecue grill. Private parking is provided in front of the property. Relax in a pleasant ambience of a rural location surrounded by quiet, clean and unspoiled nature away from the city noise, in a small town of Nova Vas. Apartments Laura are only 7 km away from Poreč and 5 km from the nearest beach in a famous tourist resort Lanterna.
