Private individual rents recent comfortable house by the sea in Lancieux (22770), seaside resort ideally located between Cape Fréhel and Mont Saint-Michel, and near Saint Briac, Saint Lunaire, Saint Jacut, Saint Cast, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinan.
This secondary residence classified as "furnished tourism" *** can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
Owner's house on one level, not terraced, with a surface area of around 100 m2, very pleasant to live in and very bright from morning to evening, complete with a 600 m2 fully enclosed tree-filled garden not overlooked.
Located in a very quiet street close to shops, post office, town hall and medical office and 10 minutes' walk from the large beach.
Many activities nearby:
Nautical center: sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sand yachting, sea kayaking.
Children's beach club and numerous leisure activities CAP ARMOR
Ideal walks by the sea, fishing at sea and fishing on foot at low tide: region of the highest tides in Europe

- 1 bedroom with large closet (shelves and wardrobe), 160 cm bed. Possibility of installing a baby bed (provided).
- 1 bedroom with large closet (with shelves and wardrobe), 2 twin beds of 80 which can form a double bed of 160. Possibility of installing a baby bed (provided) .
- 1 bedroom with dressing room and private bathroom (shower, sink, hair dryer and wc), 140 cm bed.
- 1 independent bathroom (shower, basin and wc)
- large living room of 40 m2: entrance with cupboard including wardrobe, living room with sofa bed forming a bed for two people ikea sofa, pellet stove, large flat screen led tv (usb, hdmi, vga connections etc.), WIFI with unlimited internet and TV box with many channels, DVD player, stereo, dining room, open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, ceramic stove, large 3-drawer fridge / freezer, microwave,
kettle, toaster, classic coffee maker + senséo, food processor.
- large garage with washing machine and dryer
- large sun terrace sheltered from view with tables and armchairs, allibert garden furniture with cushions, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue
Electric heating, pellet stove.
Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner
Possibility to park 3 to 4 vehicles in the alleys of the garden.

We offer discovery guides and a map of the region, documentation provided by the tourist office as well as board games and beach toys.
The beds are very clean and are provided with pillows, duvets and blankets. Bultex bedding.
Sheets can be provided at an additional cost (15 euros per pair of sheets).
Possibility of cleaning fee in addition (60 euros).

Had an excellent time at this house in Lancieux. Very well equipped and comfortable, nice backyard fully fenced in (excellent for the dogs). Walking distance from beach. I highly recommend staying at this place!

The communication from Olivier was always prompt and helpful and the greeting when we arrived was very good. We were shown around and how to operate fires etc and then left to get on with holiday.
Madame and Monsieur Galland were lovely people and made great efforts to bridge the French/ English language barrier.
The property was immaculate and the garden simply lovely.
We all had a wonderful stay in a wonderful property.
