10/10The property was home from home. You would find anything that you would think of available. The kitchen appliances and dishes were all of high quality. A beautiful conservatory & living room were both with light pastel colour and tastefully decorated. A private pool with no vis a vis. But the crown jewel was the breathtaking view in the terrace at anytime of the day. We certainly enjoyed sipping our coffee morning in the serenity of the sun and the calmness of the surroundings. I almost don’t want to rate it this high to make sure it will be available for my next time.

Would highly recommend this villa. We are a family of 5, 2 adult and 3 children aged 12,10 and 7.
On arrival, the check in process was smooth, the villa was exceptionally clean.
All appliances, towels, bed linen etc were high quality.
My husband loves to cook and the kitchen had everything and more to make a perfect meal.
The villa itself it’s beautiful and full of character. The swimming pool is private and gorgeous. It’s a perfect size with space around to sun bathe, and space for shade.
The terrace is fantastic, I loved having my coffee there on a morning in peace before the kids woke up.
The terrace is lovely to eat on. Lovely comfy dining chairs, or a coffee table or sun Loungers. Lots of choice.
I have nothing negative to say about our stay. The location is fantastic, a short drive to the lovely town and close to the beaches.
We will certainly return and we highly recommend.

Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen, Blick auf den gegenüber liegenden Hügel ortstypischer lockerer Bebauung und das Meer wo man i.d. Ferne die Schiffe beobachten kann. Eine Schöne große Terrasse auf der man dank einer elektrischen Markise immer ausrechend Schatten findet. Mit wenigen Schritten erreicht man den Privaten Salzwasserpool mit genehmer Wassertemperatur. Die Salzwassertechnik ist viel angenehmer als Chlor. Die Terrasse ist uneinnehmbar, Ebenso der Poolbereich sofern der Untermieter nicht da ist was während unseres Aufenthaltes durchgehend der Fall war.
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, Man merkt, das es vom Besitzer auch selbst genutzt wird.
Man erreicht den nächsten Carrefour mit dem PKW in 10 Min, ebenso wie die Uferpromenade. oder einen Bäcker wie auch andere Geschäfte.
Die Kommunikation mit der deutschen Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und freundlich, Wir wußten bei Ankunft alles notwendige und konnten auch während des Aufenthaltes immer Nachfragen.
Seit der Pandemie sind wir nur noch in Ferienhäusern (davor vereinzelt), dieses Haus hat uns bisher am besten gefallen.
Leider muß man, wie immer im Sommer am Mittelmeer, sich auf Stechmücken in der Nacht vorbereiten. Dafür kann das Haus aber nichts.
Wir überlegen gerade unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder dort zu verbringen.

Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe und Charme eingerichtet und läd von der ersten Minute zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer garantieren Erholung pur. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an in dieser Ruheoase willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Schon jetzt freuen wir uns auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Tage.
