Sehr netter Kontakt, immer erreichbar für Fragen und Hilfen! Die Straßenbahn ist in ca. 2 min. zu erreichen. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Petersberg, Egapark und zum Edeka! Die Wohnung ist hell und schön eingerichtet, prima für Familien.

Es war alles da, was man so benötigt. Gute Verkehrsanbindung auch fußläufig gut zu bewältigen. Wir waren zufrieden.

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Jedoch ist die Wohnung schon reichlich abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Gerade in Zeiten von Corona sollte man wenigstens alles mal abgewischt und gereinigt haben. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall. So war der Kühlschrank schon ziemlich dreckig, innen und auch von außen. Ebenso der Boden. Wenn akkurat gereinigt worden wäre, dann hätte man die Buntstifte auf dem Boden auch gefunden und weg geräumt. Sehr schade ist auch das kein Schrank benutzt werden kann, da alles vom Vermieter belegt ist (Bettwäsche, Werkzeug, leere Tüten. Deko etc.
