I liked hospitality, location and food
Organization of service. For example I couldn't make reservarion for massage via reception. They directed me to spa on another floor, but i was not able to go there in ski equipment

It has a great view, through the balcony, looking at the forest. The sunrise was amazing. Private parking is available for free, and an underground garage for an extra fee per day. Ski storage is available for free as well.
This is a private apartment inside the hotel which means you don't have included any of the hotel facilities. It was really frustrating when we even had to pay for the toilet paper, which was missing from the room after checking in. There was no hot water after 10pm.
