Haus am Katzenbach

The house itself is great. We like the location close to the playground and walking trails. The house is spacious and comfortable.

It was not very clean and has a German cockroach infestation. Also a little dated - we stayed there 3 years prior and it feels like the bare minimum was done to keep on renting the property. The property management company was responsive but not overly enthusiastic. We rented from a different property management company called staygood in Garmisch afterwards and they were amazing. Proper 5*. Will stick renting from them from now on.

Located at the start of trail head to Mt Wank and within walking distance to Partenkirchen. Has a good view of Zugspitze and Alpspitze from the dinning area. Well equipped kitchen, washing and drying room with a garage. Space is large enough to house eight adults comfortably.

The location is great with a hiking trail right out the door. The backyard is beautiful and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The house it self is really very comfortable in all aspects. We could collect the keys even though we arrived late with no hassle.

This is nitpicking, but for the price you pay I'll mention these: Missed a grill outside for a bbq. The rooms could have been setup with one or two more towels. The fridge smelled bad when we arrived. There are speakers setup in the living room, maybe the setup should be upgraded to allow bluetooth connections or have a cable provided so we can connect our phones to it.
