About this apartment rental
Nice spacious vacation apartment on the ground floor of the vacation home Ambiente on the Elbe, located directly on the Elbe and Elbe cycle path with a view of the Elbe and the old town and good connections to the highway, Dresden's old town and trad.
The very spacious and modern furnished apartment with balcony to the garden consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with built-in line and dining area and a bathroom with shower, tub, sink and toilet. From the living room and the bedrooms you have an unobstructed view to the Elbe, the Elbe meadows and the old town.
To the house belongs a garden, which can be used by our guests with two car parking spaces and a garden house for the parking of the brought bicycles. Our guests are welcome to use the bicycles that are also located there.
The house is located directly on the Elbe River and the Elbe Cycle Path.

The district Mickten is located in the northwest of Dresden. The house is located in a quiet residential area, about 3 km from the city center. The direct location on the Elbe and the Elbe cycle path as well as the fantastic and unobstructed view of the Elbe, the Elbe meadows and the old town should be emphasized. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants, most of them with beer gardens. A special feature is the Ballhaus Watzke with its original historical ballroom and its inn brewery with beer garden. The nearest S-Bahn stop is about 150 meters away. In the Elbcenter, which is about 5 minutes away on foot, and in the shopping center "Straßenbahnhof Mickten" you have all the shopping facilities (e.g. supermarket, baker, butcher, pharmacy and post office).

Wir sind total begeistert. Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist einmalig, die Elbe und das Panorama von Dresdens Altstadt. Man kann sein Auto bequem im Hof parken und noch bequemer mit der Straßenbahn (deren Haltestelle keine 5 Minuten entfernt ist) in jeden Winkel der Stadt fahren.
Wir können die Wohnung nur mit größtem Nachdruck weiterempfehlen.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wir waren in der geräumigen, sehr gut ausgestatteten EG - Wohnung. Die tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Elbe ist als ein weiteres Plus zu erwähnen.

Ein toller Städtetrip in Dresden. Die Wohnung war perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden wie zuhause und sehr sauber. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war wunderschön. Parkplatz im Hof und ein paar Schritte zur Straßenbahn. Uns hat es gut gefallen.
