Located in Marstal, you will find this renovated holiday home, which is perfect for a relaxing holiday and offers 128 m² of comfort for up to 6 guests. The house has a cosy combined living and dining room where you can warm up by the wood-burning stove on cool evenings. Modern amenities include a TV and a high chair for the little ones. The kitchen area is well equipped for self-catering with an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and washing machine, making cooking easy and convenient. The sleeping areas are thoughtfully distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a single bed (1S). The first floor has two additional bedrooms: one has two single beds (2S) and the other has three single beds (3S), bringing the total capacity to six guests. A cot is also available. The house has a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle. The interior is cosy and inviting throughout, designed to make you feel at home. Outdoor life can be enjoyed to the full with access from the utility room to a lovely terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor dining. The property is set on 350 m² of natural grounds and has a secluded sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The house is located in scenic surroundings and is conveniently located just 1.0 km from the beach, with a restaurant 500 metres away. The house is on two levels and is heated by electric heating.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Ein Fahrzeug ist sehr empfehlenswert, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 3 km entfernt und leider fährt der kostenlose Bus nicht regelmässig in der Nähe des Ferienhauses.
