Hotel was lovely. Apartment was fantastic and met all our needs.
Had a spa treatment and the room (couples) was quite cool and as a result we felt cold after our treatments.

Great location near to Bowness. Warm welcome and friendly and helpful staff. The food was really good.
The styling is awful. Fake orchids are everywhere and the commoditisation of Buddha risks causing offence. The whole hotel would be much better styled with cosy, natural alpine feel. We also think you should consider requesting no phone use in the spa area to keep the whole experience more peaceful and private. We risked being on people’s selfies which is not what you want or expect from an exclusive spa. Finally the music was too loud and annoying everywhere, especially at breakfast.

Small bathroom and not easy to move luggage up and down to rooms.
