Located in one of the towns of Plœmeur, Lomener, (small Breton port), 800 m from the sea, a few minutes walk from shops (supermarket, bakeries, fishmongers, butcher, pharmacy, markets ...), restaurants and trendy bars by the sea as well as beautiful beaches of white sands.
Contemporary family home comprising on the ground floor: entrance, kitchen opening onto the terrace, living room and spacious living room opening onto terrace and heated pool, master suite with bathroom and toilet, + a separate toilet. Laundry.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and shower, separate toilet.
A landscaped garden facing south and trees, a heated pool, a petanque, 2 large terraces each located on each side of the living room, well equipped; Garden furniture, sun loungers and deckchairs, parasols, barbecue, and 4 parking spaces complete this set in a decoration with a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
Lomener is located 15mm from the city center of Lorient.
The region offers many water activities: sailing school, surfing, scooter, paddle, flyboard, fishing etc ....
Golf course 5 mm by car, tennis, horse riding, hiking and cycling.
Many excursions in the nearby islands, city of sailing Eric Tabarly, animal park.
Run along the coast or around the pond of the ter. The area offers various activities for children. Visit of a submarine. Beaches.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped. We especially liked the two garden areas, which allow you to fully enjoy the sunshine. We highly recommend a stay!

The house was as described in the listing. The host was very accommodating especially as we had some issues with a family member and needed to change the booking last minute. We had a great time, places to eat/drink and beaches all within walking distance. The pool was warm and seating comfortable. Both Michele and Sophie were lovely to liaise with and very helpful. Would recommend as a perfect base to visit the many pretty towns and villages.

We had a lovely holiday here. The house was perfect for a family break, walking distance of the town with restaurants, beaches and a supermarket. There are some lovely beaches a short drive away as well. The house is well equipped and has a lovely pool and lots of outside space. The owner was quick to reply to any queries and when we were there we could contact Sophie if we needed anything, Would definitely recommend

Almost continuous traffic noise from road behind. Motorcycles particularly noisy. Too many broken items in property and dirty oven. Not suitable for older people as no handrail on steep staircase or into pool. Attitude of the property guardian less than friendly.
