About this house rental
You'll enjoy outdoor living at its finest with our resort style backyard features: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong, BBQ, outdoor fireplace. Within 10 mile radius to several universities including Azusa Pacific, Cal Poly, Claremont & Pomona Colleges, La Verne University. 20 miles to Rose Bowl, 4 miles to Metro Gold Line, 7 miles to Pomona Fairplex, 50 miles to Laguna Beach.
The entire house is equipped with fiber optic internet (WIFI) that offers excellent speed. New central air conditioning and heating system throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker as well as electric water kettle for the tea lovers.
Outdoor entertainment area has plenty of cabinetry, large BBQ grill, dining set, bar and stools. There is also outdoor hot & cold showers for you to use before and/or after using the jacuzzi and sauna. Additional seating area in front of the outdoor fireplace offers full view of the backyard. The deck provides additional dining area and is completely fenced with gates and security latches.
Quiet time in back yard at 9 pm. $400 utility cap including water, electricity and gas per month.

The property was quite comfortable and well furnished. The weather did not allow us to enjoy much of the outdoors, but the house has good lighting throughout and comfy furniture in two sitting rooms for reading anad other indoor pursuits. The Netflix subscription was another good perk for indoor leisure. We needed to contact our hosts only once and they made themselves available immediately and solved our problem.

We were attending a nearby event so this location was perfect for us. The kids especially enjoyed it as the grounds were perfect for kids.
We had a little bit of an ant issue but I got some winded and it cleared it right up. Being a resident of Santa Barbara a few years ago this is quite normal. The AC was great. The house set up was perfect & Ara was amazing and attentive to every question.

I met Ara during our check-in. We messaged him when we were 15 minutes away and he met us at the house. He gave us a tour of the home. He showed us how to work the jacuzzi, sauna, etc. Ara was very nice and answered any questions we had prior, during, and after our stay! There’s plenty of parking on the drive way (easily 4 cars). Guest can park on the street on Friday and Saturday night and on holidays.The house was in clean condition (exactly as pictured in the photos). There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, and shampoo/conditioner. There were even bottles of waters provided for us. We greatly enjoyed the backyard! We used everything (pool, jacuzzi, grill, ping pong table, basketball court) except the sauna as it was a pretty warm in July. Ara and Heddy allowed my husband and I to have food catered for a small gathering of friends and family for our one year anniversary. They did not charge us an event fee but just extra insurance and cleaning fee for that day. It was the perfect space to spend time with our closest loved ones. They have disconnected the front fountains as they are “noisy” at night. We only wanted it on as our friends arrived but it was not a big deal at all. My husband and I are thinking of booking this as our annual getaway. Truly a great space to spend quality time with family and friends.
