    Pro: convenient location with a lot eateries and shopping mall around… walking distance to west lake.. staff was very alert when issue arise when I checked into a room under maintenance the staff quickly in minutes arranged a new room.. very tentative staff Cons: the location given was the building address hence taxi will just stop at the junction of the building where the hotel sign is no visible.. the hotel is located near lurkin coffee which is like 100m walk after asking around..need to carry luggage up the stairs few steps before reaching the elevator as there is no staff around.. check in at level 3..
