I made a reservation on June 5th through the 6th and was able to check in that evening and stay the night. I was given room 126 and then following day I was going to stay over. So I called the hotel to make sure that was okay and the front desk clerk assured me that the room was available. The lady told me to make the payment online and once I did that & upon my arrival at the hotel I was informed that I was on a do not rent list and was given 5 minutes to get my things or else. I went to get a 2nd luggage cart and the Lady at the from the front desk came from behind the counter came into the lobby where she started pushing/putting her personal cell phone right in my face while yelling, cursing and calling me names. She then set her phone down on the table and grabbed my shoulders & pushed me backward toward the exit, causing me to fall down. And once I was able to stand up again, she grabbed me with both hands again, continuing to push me backwards through the front doors while yelling in my face, "You're not going back in there....You're not going back in there." I stated to her that I was never trying to go back in there. I was only trying to get a second luggage cart. I was told that I had been "sneaking" in the side door and law enforcement was contacted at that point
