The hotel still seems new, which was nice. It was clean, and the mini kitchen was a nice plus. In 10 years, it may lose its appeal. The only negatives at the moment are that I didn't see an ice maker or hair dryer. Also, the sheets were too small to fit the mattress and basically fell off when you slept. The staff was friendly, and the parking lot was spacious.
