This is not a 4 star hotel , upon arrival when we walked into the lobby it was colder than it was outside and this was like this for days we were there , it's not nice to have a cold lobby in a hotel it should be warm and cozy ,the rooms were small and like a maze to get to them , breakfast was ok but the sausages had no taste and rashers was hard as rock over done then we had a meal on valentine's night and my wife got steak which was expensive and chips were out of packet oven chips and the runniest pepper sauce I have ever seen so to conclude it needs alot of improvement to get to 4 star review
