The hotel doesn’t deserve the price nor the 4 stars, the breakfast is so poor so cheap nothing to eat nothing to choose, even though the pool is heated and inside it’s closed, and more than that the 150€ they take as a deposit as soon as you arrive. I would never recommend it, so so expensive for what it is.

We stayed here for 2 nights and both nights were terrifying. Around 2am on the first night, our door was opened by two women with suitcases. Reception had clearly messed up but when I informed them, they seemed completely unbothered and gave no real apology. I told them to make sure it didn’t happen again.
The second night was even worse. I had placed our cases and the bathroom door in front of the entrance to block it. At 1am, someone still tried to open it. The door only opened about three inches before hitting the case, then quickly shut. I have no idea who it was or why they were there. My mind has gone to dark places since, and I barely slept. I didn’t even bother calling reception because the night receptionist was unfriendly when I’d had to deal with her about the key card issue.
For a hotel to allow this to happen twice, with no concern for guests’ safety, is absolutely unacceptable. I had my three young children with me—this was terrifying.
Other issues:
Booking: We had called in advance to explain we were 2 adults and 3 children because their booking system wouldn’t allow more than 4 people in a room. The receptionist made a fuss and told me under no circumstances could they provide an extra bed for a fifth person. However, the executive suite I booked clearly had space: 1 large double, a double sofa bed, and wall-mounted bunk beds. He insisted the bunk beds were “not possible” to use. When we arrived, they worked perfectly, with bedding intact, and the room easily fit all of us. It felt like he simply didn’t want to accommodate us rather than there being an actual issue.
Room: Clean but smelled like damp dog (likely the carpet).
Breakfast: My husband said it was very basic.
Key cards: Stopped working the second day, forcing me to go down to reception in the middle of the night with tired children after a long day out.
Parking: Good.
Beds: Firm but okay, pillows scarce.
Shower: Good water pressure.
I could ignore the minor issues, but the safety problem is the deal-breaker. This hotel is not safe. I will never stay here again and strongly warn other families to avoid it.
If you already have it booked and can’t change, secure your door: put a chair or suitcase with a bag resting on top in front of it, and for extra security, open the bathroom door in front of the handle so it’s completely restricted and will make noise if anyone tries to open it.
