Excelente experiência! Havíamos reservado o Villa Toscane, mas recebemos um upgrade para o hotel principal (RoyalPlaza) que foi muito bom e confortável. Contratamos o café da manhã à parte e estava excelente. Ótimo atendimento e estrutura!

The staff are friendly. There’s luggage storage service before we can check in. Comfortable room. A small suggestion for the hotel to provide the visitor Riviera Card via email before check-in so we can use it for transport to the hotel once we arrived.

While the room was clean and well-kept, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt a bit old and slightly eerie, especially in the hallways and common areas.
The hotel has a charming exterior and a good location near the lake and public transport, but the interior could use some renovation or better lighting to make it feel more welcoming.
It’s suitable for a short stay, but personally I found it a bit uncomfortable despite the cleanliness.
