    I hope this review is helpful to people. This hotel is on the line 4 Paris Metro at Denfert Rocheraut stop. Within two minutes walk is the catacombs and a cute french street with bakery fromagerie, patisserie and open air cafes and boutiques, you can have dinner here. Go on line 4 to the stop called Saint Supplice and you will be at Notre Dame cathedral. The area is really good and convenient, not much noise. The staff in the hotel are charming and will help with taxis and rooms and places to eat. The hotel itself needs a renovation but lots of hotels in paris are like this, this is just a well located one. I recommend this because of the staff and location. Its not luxurious inside or out but you need to pay much more for luxury in Paris. I had a great stay here and thats why I recommend it.

    I liked everything. It’s close to the underground. The Luxembourg Gardens are within walking distance.

    Our stay in Villa Montparnasse is amazing it’s just a few meters away from Catacombs and walking distance to Luxembourg Garden and Pantheon. It has very nice cafes around as well. Metro station is just a few meters away and from there you can just easily explore the whole of Paris.

    We booked a room here on agoda, which said "view over the city" and also looked like that in the pictures. We had a room on the second floor which was facing into the grey backyard … Also cleaniness… The carpet looked very dirty. I assume everyone is walking on it with outdoor shoes. This is not what I expected for this price! After inquiring the staff said, thats what we booked and they are full, so they cant give us another room. I dont know who is to blaim here. Agoda, which is showing wrong pictures of the rooms or the hotel?
