Was met at the apartment by James who was very friendly and helpful, also assisting with our luggage storage after check out.
Apartment was clean and location was great as it was a 5 minute walk to the port and close to lots of shops and restaurants.

We booked for one night. Upon arrival we asked the taxi to take us to Venetian Suites. Driver said he couldn’t drive in the old port area so dropped us off nearby and showed us where to walk. We loaded Google Maps (and Apple Maps later) and we were directed to the address it had. However, there was no signage anywhere and no one around at all. We tried phoning the number in the booking notifications and messaging through the Agoda app but got no answer. The website wouldn’t load either. Had to walk to main road to get cell signal in order to find the enquiries email address, which eventually got through to someone who came and got us and took us to our room. The room was not near the Google maps/Apple Maps location nor did it have any signage. Additionally, Agoda lists Venetian Suites as a hotel however there was nothing other than a room with an ensuite (with no cell coverage by the way). There was no view and no tea or milk provided. The room was very clean and the shower pressure was excellent.

comfortable, spacious and well equipped room! location is right the next to the port and bus station so it was extremely convenient. host was very responsive and helpful! highly recommend😄

The host gave options to leave our luggage at his store room so no trouble finding storage for luggages. Prompt reply from host whenever needed. Great location near the port.
