Everything was nice. The location is good but there is no entrance to the sea. Also, because of that now is an autumn season, it would be nice if the swimming pool would be warm. Sometimes there are some bugs in the room, but room service solves this problem immmediatelly. Food is delicous, but sometimes it seems that they serve fruits that are several days old, because of the taste.

Beautiful new hotel, lovely and very clean rooms - our room was tidied by a lovely lady that always left it spotless. Amazing sunset views and pool overlooking the sea.
We enjoyed a half board concept - breakfast was okay, but dinners were great with delicious food and a nice choice of dishes, the only thing is that it doesn’t have any labels with explanation of a meal, no allergy warnings, no ingredients mentioned.
When it comes to service in the restaurant, it needs so much work - room service is extremely slow (it took about an hour to get a sandwich and a salad); at a breakfast service no one is greeting you, nor helping you with drinks and even cutlery proactively, you have to search for someone, there is 0 proactivity from staff; overall getting a drink is a mission, drinks are coming wrong over and over again, glasses are dirty with lipstick leftovers.
Overall, great place, we enjoyed it and would recommend it, but needs a lot of work - people can make it great but they can also make it sink.
