Good hostel to stay in price they offer

While the bed was clean and comfortable and the position very useful, the rest of the rooms were not clean when we entered and not cleaned while we were there. For half of our stay there was no hot water, the hand basin was blocked, we had no control over heating. We expected at least a small fridge. For a lot of our time there we could not find anyone in charge to speak with.

20 euro for check in after 10:30 and 40 after midnight. Hard to find the place and no luggage storage.
