What a lovely relaxing weekend , just what was needed , luxury from start to finish , staff all happy and nothing ever an issue! Spa and massage was best massage I’ve ever had (and I get them all the time! Cinema room is quality , food delicious, cannot fault the hotel it’s great , only thing I will say is I booked a room with a bath and we never had a bath in room
