The hotel itself is nice and well-located, but unfortunately, my overall experience wasn’t great for a few reasons.
Firstly, the breakfast was quite disappointing. It’s not a buffet — you only get a small fixed plate (one egg, one toast, one sausage, one small hash brown, and a tiny portion of mushrooms). You can’t request any top-ups, and the service is very slow. The staff also made me feel as though the breakfast was being given complimentary rather than being part of a paid stay.
Secondly, I had booked a family room, and when I asked to move to a higher floor, I was told I’d need to pay extra to go above the 5th floor — something I’ve not experienced at other hotels.
At checkout, I requested just 15 minutes of extra time beyond 11:00 AM, but the staff refused quite firmly, saying even one extra minute wouldn’t be allowed. While that’s their policy, the tone felt unnecessarily strict and unwelcoming.
The room itself is comfortable, but the unfinished ceiling design really brings down the overall look — it feels incomplete rather than stylish.
Overall, the location is great, but due to the breakfast experience, service attitude, and inflexibility, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.
