We got a warm welcome on arrival from the Manager. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. We asked for a room on the side of the building to avoid the road noise. The only negatives are: the shower has no power and only comes out as a trickle. And in the middle of both nights we were awoken with the water pipes banging & clattering. We were told this is due to the outdated water pipes. On the second day we hung card on the door requesting clean towels & a tea & coffee top up. We returned that evening to wet towels, the staff had not attended to our room. Very dissapointing !!
