    The front desk people were not helpful at all. Really bad service. Rooms very small, which they don't disclose when you book the room. The advertising is deceiving. The room was one bed for two people and it was hard to walk around the room. it was like a miniature room. very disappointing.

    We booked for a higher grade room but according to the hotel, Agoda booked a lower tier room. There was a dispute for nearly 30 mins with hotel! It was very disappointing.
