Dear Management Team,
I am writing to bring a significant and distressing issue to your attention regarding my stay in Room 111.
During my time here, I discovered a persistent leak from the base of the toilet whenever it is flushed. This isn't just a minor technical glitch; it has created a constant pool of water across the bathroom floor, making the space feel unsanitary and frankly unusable.
I’m sure you can imagine the discomfort of having to navigate a wet bathroom floor in the middle of the night or the general sense of unease that comes with water damage in a living space. It has significantly detracted from the relaxation and quality I expected when I booked my stay with you.
I chose this hotel for its reputation for comfort and cleanliness, but unfortunately, this experience has fallen quite short of that standard. I wanted to ensure you were aware of the situation immediately so that it can be rectified for future guests, and to express how much this has impacted my overall experience at your establishment.
