Room very nice except soap despenser not filled up.
Stay was good up until the morning we were leaving. Not long after half 6 on the morning there is loads of noise. On inspection it was the lift engineer yes at 6.30am. When you are going on a long drive not what you need. Mentioned to reception and basically said when the lift is off they come anytime. She didnt seem bothered. I understand work needs doing but when it close to guest rooms they could be a bit more considerate with the noise them make. Unfortunately it was a disappointing end to the stay

Good value for what you pay. Clean staff friendly . Bed comfortable but pillows are a bit too hard. I would have liked them a bit softer. Quiet during the night with not hardly any noise.

Unbelievable experience we waited for the check in for room from 6pm until 10:30pm . Had to cancel the plans and return back home. At 12 am the reception staff calls to inform that room is available for check in. No refund given until now. I will not recommend it at all.

Booking was confirmed a week before. When we arrived the personnel at reception said our room was not available. We had to cancel our next day plans due to no accommodation. We were out trying to look for accommodation for almost 4 hrs with kids, one of whom is a infant.
