Booked this "Travelodge- Ancoats, Manchester" Hotel for one night. The family room beds are very old. Very disappointed - I Booked the room including Breakfast from "Agoda" site. Unfortunately, The receptionist said, The booking is not including Breakfast and I need to pay extra😢. Expected even one mini fridge as parents need to keep kid's meal, drink, milk in fridge-freezer. No lock facilities with Bathroom door. Cold water tap was not working in bathtub. I reported to the receptionists. They apologised and offered another room but, we were so tired to change the room with many luggages. The receptionists are so polite and friendly.
