Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Although the staff were nice, they were not overly friendly and service was slow in all areas, check in, breakfast and bar. More like a good 3/4 star hotel.

We had a short family holiday with our 4 year old daughter and both her and u really enjoyed the stay. The room was nice and clean, bearkfast was good and the pool outside great. The kids club activities were also fun and age appropriate, the caretakers were great with the kids and spoke English as well as many other languages. The beach was only a few min walk away with direct access from the hotel., also possible to bring a stroller. On the beach it was possible to book beach beds and umbrellas (at own cost) and a cute restaurant there with lovely Italian food. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop terrace with restaurant and pool. The food there too is very good and service was excellent. Overall a great stay at this hotel.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay due to their failure to provide the breakfast that was included in our stay.
The issue began the day before our early departure when I spoke to a receptionist about arranging a taxi for 7am. I asked if it would be possible to have a breakfast packed for us since we would miss the regular breakfast hours, which started at 7am. The receptionist assured us that there would be no problem and that we could come 10 minutes early to grab some breakfast.
However, the following morning at 6:50am, we were met with another receptionist who informed us that breakfast should have been booked before 12pm the previous day, and since nothing was noted in the system, he couldn't help us. Despite my request for him to speak with the kitchen staff, he refused and insisted that the taxi, which we had scheduled for 7am, was already waiting.
I have contacted the hotel through the different channels (email, Facebook) but none of them were responded. It was particularly frustrating given that we had confirmed the arrangement the previous day and were assured there would be no issues.
3. The air conditioning in our room was never working after the room was cleaned. We had to go downstairs multiple times to ask the staff to turn it on, as the phone in the room did not clearly indicate which number to dial for the reception. This was particularly inconvenient as there were often long queues at the reception desk.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar. Despite the cleaning service, the floor was not properly cleaned, and I noticed sand around my beach slippers. The glasses in the room were also dirty. When we requested extra glasses, they were never brought to us.
