What a fantastic peaceful location! Great staff, spacious and well equipped room with a direct view of the lake, not overlooked. Saw a kingfisher and a cormorant from our room and enjoyed seeing the al-pacas, goats and other animals in their enclosure. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.

Comfortable room with good bed and set on a tranquil lake. Very helpful receptionist but reception only open from 10 till 6. We came back at 9pm after going out for dinner to find keys for both our rooms had been deactivated. Very stressful 15 minutes thinking we’d have to sleep in the car. After banging on the reception door a night watchman appeared and let us in our rooms. No apology from him, he just said ‘you’ve not been waiting long’. It shouldn’t have happened at all especially as the rooms are lodges with no access to any help. A phone number listed on the reception door for emergencies would have been useful. The next morning before leaving we had no hot water for a shower and the heating didn’t work. We had to leave at 9am before reception opened. It’s a shame that it left a bad experience as it’s a lovely setting. We’ve stayed there before in 2024 without any problems.

Loved our stay here! Easy to find, amazing location right by the lake and lots of animals to see! Absolut must stay for anyone who enjoys idyllic lake settings with lovely valcony overlooking the water, comfy beds and good food!
