We had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to the main shops, numerous restaurants and Kos port.
We always came back to a fresh, clean room which is nice, although, the bath towels always had a bit of an unpleasant smell.
It is also important to note that, despite being listed on the property, there is no hotel parking only street parking. We had hired a car so this made it difficult as it’s a fairly busy area so at certain times finding parking was a real challenge.
Overall though, good value for money and would recommend for an affordable and comfortable stay.

From the good sides of this hotel, it is the position that is exactly halfway between the further beaches and the city center. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is excellent. Of the cons, to begin with, we were surprised by the fact that we have to pay extra for AC and tourist tax, which is not mentioned anywhere on Agoda, but it should be. Towels are changed every three days, but they smell, as if they are washed exclusively with water. The most unpleasant thing is that on the second floor the pressure is so low that it is difficult to take a bath, and besides, adjusting the temperature on the faucet means nothing, in the middle of a shower, the water changes from lukewarm to hot and then to cold, it is a very bad experience.
