I am a Level 7 Google Local Guide and a Platinum Agoda member, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
Hygiene: Found a blood stain on the case pillow in Room 19. Disgusting and a serious health risk.
Safety: Room 2 was dangerously overheated (over 25, 26 °C) for hours. Had to be moved into another room at 10:00 AM.
Financial issue: The hotel issued a VAT invoice for *** but charged me ***. This is illegal overcharging.
Management: Manager ***lied to Agoda, claiming he "disagreed" with the issues despite personally moving me between rooms due to the faults. He was abrupt and disrespectful.
I will avoid this place at all costs. They don't care about your safety or your money and the attitude that I've faced was highly inapropriate.
