What a find. My sister and I were visiting Kew Gardens and wanted somewhere reasonably close so we could walk there. I looked at previous reviews which were good but oh my goodness what a find. The room was perfectly sized for 2 people with tea coffee water and biscuits. The bathroom was small but perfect adequate and clean. Parking is street parking but in the evening it was easy enough to park close to the Victoria. The Victoria is closed on a Monday and Tuesday but the is an excellent pub just around the corner where we eat on the Tuesday. The staff were exceptional. No request was a problem and they did their utmost to help. I have become very deaf in recent years and have started to learn British Sign Language. The staff were interested to learn how to say different things. If you are lucky enough to get in here, there are only a few rooms you will have a gold star 🌟 stay.
