Excellent location.. very clean and friendly hotel..

We found the hotel lovely, its nicely sized and great location on the doorstep of Valencia cathedral. The staff are all very helpful, with recommendations and top service. The rooms are great and the kitchenette was a godsend with a small child. Would recommend and would stay again

I was traveling with senior family members and multiple pieces of luggage. The hotel is located in the Old Town within a restricted traffic area, which we were not aware of before arriving. Our booking was made through Agoda, and we included a request for parking. However, the hotel informed us that they did not receive the parking request and that parking must be arranged in advance due to limited availability. We were directed to a parking facility about a 6-minute walk from the hotel at a cost of EUR 24.50 for 24 hours. Although the hotel has an elevator, our room was located in an area with a few steps of stairs, so we had to carry our luggage up one by one. This was slightly inconvenient, especially when traveling with senior family members. Our booking was for three guests, but initially there was no bed, pillow, or bath towel prepared for the third person. The kettle in the kitchen was also not working, though it was replaced after we informed the reception. Overall, the location is convenient with many shops nearby. With some improvements in communication and room preparation, the stay experience could be even better.

The location? Excellent. The design? Beautiful. Stylish, modern, very Instagram-friendly. Honestly, the place looks like a proper 4-star boutique hotel. Now let’s talk about the full “luxury experience.” Upon check-in, I was warmly welcomed with: “It is mandatory to you to give us card guarantee because you book through other website… bb something… and I don’t know what is it.” Very reassuring. Nothing says hospitality like being scolded for using “bb something.” I travel often and book hotels all over the world, but this was the first time I felt like I needed to explain the internet at reception. Then I asked (politely) for a late check-out. The response? “No, we cannot. The hotel is busy.” No alternative, just no or merely “let us see what we can do.” Just a firm rejection. It felt less like a 4-star hotel and more like checking in to a well-designed camp with strict regulations. And for the final touch of comfort: the coffee machine in the room didn’t work. So even my morning caffeine support system gave up. To summarize: • Great location ✅ • Beautiful design ✅ • Hospitality training… pending ❌ • Working coffee machine ❌ Funny yet annoying experience in hindsight, also quite uncomfortable while living it. Definitely not the 4-star feeling I’m used to.
