Everything is great. Super clean and great location. Shower is awesome with lots of water pressure. Beds are comfy and close to all the pismo action. Worth the price!

Newly renovated and super clean. You can smell the cleaning chemical as soon as you enter the room. The ground and the outside space are also clean and well-maintained. The only missing item is a closet or a corner where you can hang your clothes. The shower is quite small and water flows to the floor when your taking a bath since the door is not completely sealed when you close it. But other than that, it was a great stay and value and would highly recommend this property for people planning to visit pismo. I would also recommend their restaurant Blast and Brew. They serve really great food and drinks!

The room was dirty, no house keeping so we had to use our same towels over and over. Shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time. Phone in the room didn’t work to call the front desk. About a 20 minute walk to the pier and town. Will not be staying here again for lack of service.
