    The venue firstly isn’t called the sun hotel spend a good 30/35 minutes looking for it as it was sold as the sun hotel, the venue was dirty and it stunk of smoke, when booking we were asked if we wanted a smoke free room or not we opted for this due to health reasons and when we arrived the room spelt asthough a group of teenagers had been chained smoking in it finally got through to someone on the phone as there is absolutely no staff around to help and they switched us rooms however this room had chunks burned in areas paint over it and the shower up the corners were full of mould. The toilet wouldn’t flush and again due to no staff in the building I had to fix the chain mechanism myself in order to flush it. The over all experience was not pleasant and would definitely avoid it again. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures there all completely run down and aren’t clean at all

    First don't call it sun hotel as booked call it some thing else it's a mucky shift hole stains on carpets fag burns mould and mucky bathroom would stay again sooner stop in dog kennels be cleaner
