The place is good but it could do better. It could use some upgrade and additions on the facility. Near to metro. Grocery, restaurants and pharmacy are just minutes away. Peaceful place around. But you can hear the people in other rooms and hallway. Surely will recommend this place who wants to stay in a hotel for a cheaper price like myself.

I read reviews after booking hotel and I was very concern, specifically due to bad reviews. When I reached hotel I got really good welcome from reception and room was very clean. I think this place is good value for money.

Staffs are wonderful and friendly. Especially Anthony. He helped me when I had issue with the heater at 2 am. I love the 24 hours service availability. I felt very safe. The balcony view was superb. Only cons is the bathroom was a bit small but this is typical of Europe

People were nice. The location is okay, easily accessible by subway. There is a 24h supermarket near too. However the room qualities is far from what is shown in the pictures. Moldy and lacking care. The air conditioning does not work properly. The toilet has no air extraction. The room walls are falling appart and the toilet too, the seat is broken. They have swimming pool but was also not available.
For people who mind such things, this is a pass. For those travelling on a budget, it's an option.
