The food is superb, nice atmosphere in the pub, staff and landlady were very nice and helpful. Little bit noisy and could do with a bit of investment in the rooms e.g. better shower but we did enjoy our stay.

Far too expensive for tired, small, grubby room
landing banisters etc sticky & need a good cleaning
toilet loose & wobbles, hand bason takes ages to empty (partially blocked?)
iron marked, worn dirty carpet
Rowdy in street at night and noisy deliveries very early morning
parking is about 500yards away which is irritating when raining
However, staff friendly, food ok & beer good
$$$$
